What is Hysteroscopic?
Hysteroscopic is a examination of inside of uterus with access through the cervix(mouth of uterus) using a thin camera called Hystroscope. It allows the doctor to diagnose any abnormality and treat the cause of problem at the same time.
It is a day care procedure. The Patient is discharged on the same day of surgery and is able to resume normal activities in two days time.
Hysteroscopic Resection of Intrauterine Septum: A septum is often a cause of repeated miscarriages, pre-term labour or Infertlity. A septum can be removed by Hysteroscopy to improve outcome of future Pregnancy.
Hysteroscopic Resection of Submucous Fibroid: A Submucous fibroid is often associated with very heavy bleeding and pain. It also causes infertility. Complete removal of fibroid is done by Hysteroscope with complete relief of related problem.
Hysterscopic Removal of Endometrial Polyp: A polyp is often a cause of irregular bleeding and post menopausal bleeding. Polyp is removed completely by Hysteroscopy.
